Dr. Muhammad Usman Khan is currently serving as visiting Assistant Professor in chemistry at University of Okara (Chemistry Department). He was born and raised in Okara. His research is based on the computational modeling of donor-acceptor materials which stand out for their remarkable nonlinear optical (NLO) properties. Designing of novel compounds for organic solar cell applications. Synergistic computational-experimental exploration of compounds. He is an author of 100+ international publications with an impact factor of 350+ printed in world's leading scientific societies e.g., American Chemical Society (ACS), Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Springer-Nature, Wiley, and Elsevier. He has 2500+ citations with h-index=34 and i10-index=60. He is also serving as a regular reviewer for few International journals e.g., Journal of Physical Organic Chemistry. In AD Scientific index 2021, he is declared as best researcher of University of Okara.
