Facility Overview & Objectives
The University of Okara Football Ground is an international-sized natural grass soccer field encircled by a 400-meter multi-lane athletic running track. It is the campus center for soccer tournaments, endurance training, sprint trials, and major field athletic events such as javelin, shot put, and discus throw.
Ground Maintenance & Facilities
The football pitch features lush, laser-leveled turf with natural sub-surface drainage to ensure playability across all seasons. Marked track lanes adhere to standard athletic dimensions.
Daily Athletic Access & Workouts
The 400m running track is open for daily jogging, running workouts, and physical conditioning for students, faculty, and campus residents from 06:00 AM – 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM – 07:00 PM.
