FACULTY PROFILE

Dr. Steven Granich feels honored to be a foreign visiting faculty for online lectures/meetings at the Department of Educational Studies, University of Okara. He visited University of Punjab and University of Okara, Pakistan from January 1 to January 15, 2020. During his visit to UO, he talked about family practice, applied research, research methods in social sciences, interdisciplinary approaches in the development of scientific knowledge, cultural comparison of developed and developing countries from January 11 to January 14, 2020. His areas of expertise are marriage and family counseling, mental health, substance abuse, international social work and social policy. The courses most commonly taught by him include Applied Research, Family Practice, Social Policy and Diverse Populations and Groups. His International Experience of visiting professor includes: Spring Semester 2017, University of San Carlos, Quetzaltenango, Guatemala July-August 2017, University of Juarez State of Durango, Mexico January 1-January 15 2020, University of Punjab and University of Okara, Pakistan
